  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp chili flakes adjust to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup plain full-fat yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Boil the Eggs: Bring a pot of water to a gentle boil. Carefully add the eggs and cook for exactly 6 minutes for a jammy center.
  2. Prepare an Ice Bath: While the eggs boil, fill a bowl with ice water. Once done, transfer the eggs to the ice bath for about 5 minutes.
  3. Make Chili Butter: In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add chili flakes and stir for about one minute, then remove from heat.
  4. Whip Up Garlic Yogurt: In a bowl, mix yogurt with minced garlic and lemon juice until smooth. Season with salt.
  5. Peel Your Eggs: Peel them under cool running water after cooling in the ice bath.
  6. Serve: Slice the eggs in half, drizzle with chili butter, and top with garlic yogurt.
