Ingredients
  

  • Fresh beetroots small to medium-sized
  • Water 1 cup

Method
 

  1. Rinse the fresh beetroots under cold water, trimming off any leaves and roots while keeping the skin intact.
  2. Add 1 cup of water to the Instant Pot and place a steamer basket or trivet inside.
  3. Arrange the cleaned beetroots in the basket or on the trivet, stacking if necessary.
  4. Securely close the lid and set to cook on high pressure for 15-20 minutes, depending on size.
  5. After cooking, allow natural pressure release for 10 minutes before performing a quick release.
  6. Once slightly cooled, peel the skins using your fingers or paper towel, then slice or cube as desired.
