  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/3 cup pure honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce low-sodium preferred
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Green onions sliced (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Prepare your ingredients by peeling and deveining the shrimp if necessary.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3 minutes per side.
