Ingredients
  

  • 6 corn tortillas 6-inch
  • 1 cup vegetable oil for frying or brushing
  • 1 tsp salt adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp chili powder or garlic powder optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) if baking, or heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat for frying.
  2. Cut each tortilla into triangles.
  3. For frying: Fry tortilla pieces in batches for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
  4. For baking: Arrange triangles on a baking sheet, lightly brush with oil, sprinkle with salt, and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  5. Season immediately after cooking and serve with your favorite dips.
