Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef 80/20
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 medium onion finely chopped
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Method
 

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, about 5 minutes. Drain excess grease.
  2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3 minutes.
  3. Stir in elbow macaroni, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and beef broth. Bring to a simmer.
  4. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
