  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro stems removed
  • 1 clove garlic peeled

  • 1 lime juice freshly squeezed

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine the tomatillos, jalapeños, cilantro, garlic, and salt.
  2. Blend until smooth, adding lime juice and adjusting salt to taste.
  3. Transfer to a bowl and let sit for 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
