  • 2 tablespoons dried oregano
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce

Method
 

  1. Gather all ingredients and ensure the chicken is thawed.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, olive oil, and soy sauce until well combined.
  3. Place chicken in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour marinade over it. Seal or cover tightly.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or overnight for more flavor).
  5. Preheat grill to medium-high (375°F/190°C). Remove chicken from marinade and discard leftover liquid.
  6. Grill chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach at least 165°F/74°C).
