- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a pie pan with nonstick spray or butter.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Remove from heat and mix in granulated sugar and brown sugar until combined.
- Allow the mixture to cool slightly before whisking in the eggs one at a time and adding vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour and cocoa powder together. Gradually fold into the wet ingredients until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are set but center is still soft.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving warm with ice cream if desired.
