Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese cubed
  • 1 can biscuit dough 16.3 oz
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Heat oven to 375°F. Brown ground beef with minced garlic in a skillet and drain the fat.
  2. Stir Parmesan and cheddar cheese into the beef mixture.
  3. Flatten each biscuit, add the filling, fold, and seal the edges completely.
  4. Place on a lined baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
  5. Cool slightly, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve warm.
