  • 1 lb baby potatoes red or yellow
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and halve the baby potatoes; set aside.
