Ingredients
  

  • 24 Oreo cookies for crust
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Additional crushed Oreos for topping

Method
 

  1. Crush 24 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  2. In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth; gradually add sugar and mix well.
  3. Whip heavy cream in another bowl until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Pour half of the filling onto the crust, layer with crushed Oreos, then add the remaining filling.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight until set.
