- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, combine cornstarch with flour and coat each piece of chicken thoroughly.

- In another bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and orange juice.
- Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken in the skillet; stir well to coat.
- Simmer on low heat for 3–5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
