  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder for rolling
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts optional
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut optional

  1. Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  2. Stir in sweetened condensed milk until fully combined. If using nuts or coconut, mix them in now.
  3. Chill the mixture in the fridge for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Roll small amounts of the chilled mixture into bite-sized balls using your hands or a small scoop.
  5. Coat each ball in cocoa powder or your choice of topping.
  6. Place on a lined tray and refrigerate for an additional hour to set completely.
