  • 1.5 lbs Beef Chuck Roast
  • 8 oz Wide Egg Noodles
  • 1 Medium Onion chopped
  • 3 Cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Low-Sodium Beef Broth
  • ½ cup Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch

Method
