  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter Use room temperature for easy mixing.
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar Light brown sugar adds moisture.
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar Adjust based on personal preference.
  • 2 large Eggs Fresh and at room temperature.
  • 1 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour Sift for even texture.
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder Leavening agent for fluffy texture.
  • 1 cup Mini Chocolate Eggs Choose your favorite variety.

Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt the unsalted butter in a medium saucepan over low heat.
  3. Remove from heat and whisk in brown sugar and granulated sugar until combined. Add eggs one at a time.
  4. Gently fold in all-purpose flour and baking powder until just combined.
  5. Fold in half of the mini chocolate eggs into the batter.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and sprinkle remaining mini eggs on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Once cooled slightly, slice into squares and enjoy.
