  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 32 oz cream cheese 4 packs, room temperature
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • Mini chocolate eggs for topping

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into a springform pan to form the crust.
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and mix well.
  3. Blend in sour cream and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  4. Add eggs one at a time on low speed, ensuring each is fully incorporated before adding the next.
  5. Pour the batter over the crust and bake for about 60 minutes until slightly jiggly in the center.
  6. Cool completely before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight. Top with mini chocolate eggs before serving.
