  • 2 cups Uncooked Pasta Penne or rotini works well
  • 1 pound Boneless Chicken Breasts Cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups Marinara Sauce Store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese For topping
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese For topping
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine uncooked pasta, chicken pieces, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Top with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
