Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 15 ounce can beef broth
  • 15 ounce can diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
  • 1 can pinto beans, undrained
  • 15 ounce can kernel corn, undrained
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 packet dry ranch dressing mix

Method
 

  1. In a pan, brown and crumble 1 pound ground beef along with 1 small onion, diced (season with a pinch of salt and pepper). Drain excess grease.
  2. Put ground beef and onion mixture in slow cooker.
  3. Add in 15 ounce can beef broth, 15 ounce can diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained, 1 can pinto beans, undrained, 15 ounce can kernel corn, undrained and 1 cup water.
  4. Stir in 1 packet taco seasoning and 1 packet dry ranch dressing mix.
  5. Cover and set on low for 6 to 8 hours.
  6. Serve with optional toppings: crushed tortilla chips, sour cream, shredded cheese, sliced green onions
