  • 1 cup all-purpose flour sifted
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 cup beer or sparkling water
  • 1 medium onion cut into thick rings
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying vegetable or peanut

Method
 

  1. Gather all ingredients and prepare your workspace.
