Ingredients

Dough Ingredients
  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter softened
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 large Large Eggs room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract pure
  • 2.5 cups All-Purpose Flour properly measured
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 6 pieces Creme Eggs fresh

Method

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together softened unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy (about 3 minutes).
  3. Beat in large eggs one at a time, followed by pure vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix this dry mixture into your wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Scoop out about two tablespoons of dough, flatten it in your palm, place half a Creme Egg in the center, encase it with dough, and roll it into a ball.
  6. Arrange the dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly browned but centers are still soft.
