Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni uncooked
  • 1 cup dill pickles chopped
  • ¼ cup green onions sliced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. While the pasta cools, chop the dill pickles and slice the green onions.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Add the cooled macaroni, chopped pickles, and green onions to the dressing. Gently fold everything together until well coated.
  5. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
