  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour heat-treated
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • Mini chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press firmly into a springform pan.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sour cream and sugar until fluffy.
  3. Pour filling over crust and bake for about 60 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly jiggly.
  4. While baking, mix softened butter with brown sugar; combine with heat-treated flour and mini chocolate chips to make cookie dough.
  5. Once cooled, spread cookie dough over the cheesecake and chill for at least four hours before serving.
