  • All-purpose flour
  • Eggs
  • Warm water
  • Boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • Onion
  • Salt and pepper
  • Sour cream for serving

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, combine flour and salt; create a well and add egg and warm water until a soft dough forms. Knead until smooth.
  2. In a food processor, blend chicken thighs, onion, salt, and pepper until finely chopped.
  3. Roll out the dough to 1/8 inch thickness; cut into circles using a cookie cutter.
  4. Place about 1 teaspoon of filling on each circle; fold over and seal tightly.
  5. Boil in salted water until they float (about 5 minutes).
  6. Serve with sour cream and garnish with fresh dill.
