Ingredients
  

  • 20-25 large pasta shells
  • 2 cups cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts (shredded)
  • 2-3 cloves fresh garlic minced
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook pasta shells until al dente; drain.
  2. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, minced garlic, half of the mozzarella, and half of the Parmesan; mix well.
  3. Stuff each shell with about one tablespoon of the filling and arrange in a greased baking dish.
  4. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over stuffed shells and sprinkle with remaining cheeses.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
