Combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 packet of instant yeast, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of sugar in a mixing bowl.
Pour in 3/4 cup of warm water (about 110°F) and 2 tablespoons of olive oil; stir until a dough forms.
Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 15 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Roll out the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface, aiming for about half an inch thick.
Carefully transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet.
Brush 2 tablespoons of melted butter over the dough generously and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of garlic powder and 1 teaspoon of dried oregano.
Evenly spread 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese and 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
Remove from oven and let cool slightly before cutting into sticks.
