Ingredients
  

Cauliflower Mash Ingredients
  • 1 head Cauliflower Cut into florets
  • 1/4 cup Butter Unsalted
  • 1/4 cup Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoons Chives Chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Cooking the Cauliflower
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the cauliflower florets and cook until tender, about 10-15 minutes.
  2. Drain the cauliflower in a colander and let it sit for a few minutes to remove excess moisture.
Mashing the Cauliflower
  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the drained cauliflower, butter, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Serving
  1. Transfer the cauliflower mash to a serving bowl and garnish with chopped chives.
