Ingredients
  

Cookie Base
  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Cadbury Egg Filling
  • 4 large Cadbury Creme Eggs chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Cookie Base
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Combine and Bake
  1. Fold in the chopped Cadbury Creme Eggs into the cookie dough.
  2. Spread the cookie dough evenly in the prepared baking pan.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  4. Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the pan before cutting into bars.
