Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Rinse and trim the tops off the radishes. Cut them in half if they're large.
  3. In a large bowl, combine melted butter and olive oil. Toss the halved radishes in this mixture until well coated.
  4. Sprinkle salt and freshly cracked pepper over the radishes. Adjust according to your taste.
  5. Arrange the seasoned radishes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Place the baking sheet in your preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown and fork-tender.
