  • 1/2 cup unsalted cold butter cubed
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).

  6. Roll out slightly and cut into rounds with a biscuit cutter.
  7. Place on an ungreased baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
