  • ¼ cup neutral oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 18-18.4 oz box brownie mix
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the neutral oil and eggs. Add in the brownie mix and flour. Mix until a thick dough forms. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  3. Scoop the dough into balls (about 2 tablespoons each) and place them 3 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet. Press additional chocolate chips or chopped chocolate pieces on the outside of the dough balls.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers still look slightly soft.
  5. Allow the cookies to cool completely on the baking sheet.
