Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup smoked brisket shredded
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese grated
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • Seasonings: garlic powder onion powder, salt, pepper

Method
 

  1. Cook the macaroni in salted water until al dente; drain and set aside.
