Ingredients
  

Croissant Base
  • 4 pieces croissants freshly baked
Egg Mixture
  • 4 large eggs beaten
  • 1 cup milk whole or 2%
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
Fillings
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup spinach fresh

Method
 

Prepare the Egg Mixture
  1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Cook the Eggs
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and pour in the egg mixture. Cook, stirring gently, until the eggs are scrambled and set.
Assemble the Sandwich
  1. Slice the croissants in half. Layer the scrambled eggs, cheese, bacon, and spinach on the bottom half of each croissant. Top with the other half.
Heat the Sandwiches
  1. Place the assembled sandwiches in the skillet or oven for a few minutes until the croissants are warm and the cheese is melted.
