Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 12 oz Pasta (e.g., penne or fusilli) Choose your favorite type.
Sauce
  • 8 oz Boursin cheese Any flavor can be used.
  • 1 cup Heavy cream For a richer sauce.
  • 1 cup Pasta water Reserved from cooking pasta.
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil For sautéing.
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced Adds flavor.
  • 1 tsp Salt To taste.
  • 1 tsp Black pepper To taste.
Garnish
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated Optional, for serving.

Method
 

Cook Pasta
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta in a colander.
Prepare Sauce
  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Reduce heat to low and add Boursin cheese and heavy cream. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  3. Gradually add reserved pasta water until the desired consistency is reached.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Combine
  1. Add the drained pasta to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
  2. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
