Ingredients
  

Pudding Base
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Bananas and Cookies
  • 3 ripe bananas sliced
  • 1 cup Biscoff cookies crushed
Topping
  • 1 cup whipped cream for topping
  • 2 tablespoons Biscoff spread for drizzling

Method
 

Prepare the Pudding
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the whole milk, heavy cream, vanilla pudding mix, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Layer the Ingredients
  1. In a 9x9 inch baking dish, layer half of the crushed Biscoff cookies at the bottom.
  2. Add a layer of sliced bananas over the cookies.
  3. Pour half of the pudding mixture over the bananas.
  4. Repeat the layers with the remaining cookies, bananas, and pudding.
Finish and Chill
  1. Top the pudding with whipped cream and drizzle with Biscoff spread.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow it to set.
