  • 8 oz lo mein noodles
  • 8 oz beef sirloin thinly sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers chopped
  • 1 cup carrots julienned
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce

Method

  1. Slice beef sirloin against the grain into thin strips for tenderness. Chop bell peppers, carrots, and snap peas.
