Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb boneless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup favorite BBQ sauce
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (375°F/190°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  4. In the last few minutes of cooking, brush BBQ sauce on each piece to caramelize.
  5. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
