Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix 15.25 oz
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix 3.4 oz
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 2 ripe bananas sliced
  • 2 cups whipped topping

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine yellow cake mix, eggs, and water. Mix until smooth and pour into the prepared dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  3. Cool for 10 minutes; poke holes in the cake with a fork.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until thickened (about 5 minutes). Slice bananas and set aside.
