Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground pork, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until blended.
  2. Shape the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in size and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar until smooth.
  4. Transfer meatballs to the crockpot and pour the sauce over them. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  5. Serve warm with rice or noodles.
