  • 4 cups shredded green cabbage

  • 1/4 cup green onions sliced
Dressing
  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup for vegan option
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds toasted

Method
 

Prepare the Vegetables
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, sliced red bell pepper, and sliced green onions.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, and toasted sesame seeds until well combined.
Combine and Serve
  1. Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
