  • 1 medium apple Granny Smith or Honeycrisp
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil

Method
