Ingredients
  

Pickle Chips
  • 2 cups dill pickles sliced
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Pickles
  1. Drain the dill pickle slices and pat them dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
Set Up Breading Station
  1. In three separate bowls, place the flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs mixed with paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Bread the Pickles
  1. Dip each pickle slice into the flour, then the egg, and finally coat with the panko breadcrumb mixture.
Air Fry the Pickles
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the breaded pickle chips in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  2. Cook for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Serve
  1. Remove the pickle chips from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce.
