Dip each chicken strip first in the flour mixture, then in the garlic paste, and back into the flour for an extra crispy coating.
Arrange tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket, lightly spray with oil, and cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
Drizzle hot tenders with honey butter garlic sauce before serving.
