Ingredients
  

Mashed Potatoes
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes prepared and cooled
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs for coating
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, shredded cheese, beaten egg, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls, about 1-2 inches in diameter.
  3. Roll each ball in bread crumbs until fully coated.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the potato balls in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not touching.
  3. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
  4. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
