  • 1 cup fresh blueberries or frozen
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Cooking spray

  1. Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine blueberries, cream cheese, sugar, and cinnamon. Gently mash with a fork until well mixed but still chunky.
  2. Assemble the Chimichangas: Spoon about two tablespoons of the filling onto the center of each tortilla. Fold in the sides and roll tightly from the bottom.
  3. Preheat Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to preheat at 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
  4. Spray and Cook: Lightly spray each chimichanga with cooking spray. Place seam-side down in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
  5. Air Fry: Cook for about 8 minutes until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through cooking for even crispiness.
  6. Serve Warm: Transfer to plates and dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with chocolate sauce before serving.
