Method
Prepare the Oreo Mixture
- In a mixing bowl, combine crushed Oreo cookies and softened cream cheese until well blended.
Form the Balls
- Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Melt the Chocolate
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips with vegetable oil in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
Coat the Oreo Balls
- Dip each Oreo ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, then place back on the baking sheet.
Add Sprinkles
- While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle red and blue sprinkles on top of each ball for decoration.
Chill and Serve
- Refrigerate the Oreo balls for at least 15 minutes to set the chocolate before serving.
